SUSTAIN6 HOLDINGS
Website privacy notice
Sustain6 Holdings is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request a booking or send an enquiry, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, pickup and destination details, travel date and time, vehicle selection, passenger count and any message or notes you provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and provide transport services, communicate about bookings, prevent misuse of the website and maintain operational, contractual and legal business records. We do not sell your personal information.
CRM, WhatsApp and website services
Website submissions are saved in the protected Sustain6 CRM and may generate an email notification to authorised administrators. When you continue to WhatsApp, the booking details shown in the prepared message are processed through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Our hosting, security and website-measurement providers may also process limited device, network and usage information needed to operate and protect the site.
Storage, security and retention
CRM access is restricted to authorised administrators. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information we hold. Records are retained only for operational, contractual and applicable legal recordkeeping periods. Sustain6 will securely delete or anonymise them when those periods end.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some records may need to be retained where the law or an existing contract requires it.
Contact and complaints
For privacy questions or requests, email hire@sustain6.co.za or call 076 272 0209. You may also contact South Africa's Information Regulator if you believe your information has not been handled appropriately.
